Welcome to Pakistan Tour and Travel (pakistantourntravel.com). By booking a tour, reserving transport, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Company Overview
Pakistan Tour & Travel is a Destination Management Company operating under Government License ID # 2650, specializing in custom tours, honeymoon packages, trekking, vehicle rentals, and hotel bookings across Pakistan.
2. Bookings & Payments
Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance deposit and issuance of a written confirmation via email or official WhatsApp (+92 335 5577443).
Advance Deposit: A deposit of 40% to 70% (depending on peak season, flights, and resort requirements) is required to lock in reservations.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared prior to or on the first day of tour departure.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy & Rescheduling Credit
No Monetary Refunds: Because advance deposits are immediately committed to non-refundable hotel blockages, transport reservations, and airlines, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
1-Year Rescheduling Credit: If you need to cancel or postpone your trip, your paid deposit is fully protected as travel credit. You may reschedule your tour for any available date within 365 days (1 year) from your original travel date at no extra penalty.
Price Lock Guarantee: Rescheduled tours retain the original package price rate, protecting you against inflation and seasonal rate spikes.
Transferability: If you are unable to travel within the year, you may transfer your credit to a family member or friend with prior written notice.
4. Unforeseen Situations, Weather & Buffer Days
Travel in northern Pakistan (Hunza, Skardu, Swat, Naran, Babusar Top, KKH, etc.) can be affected by weather conditions, landsliding, or government directives.
Built-In Buffer Days: To handle unpredictable mountain weather or road delays without disrupting your overall itinerary, we incorporate strategic buffer days into our tour planning.
Route Adjustments: If road blockages or weather constraints occur during a trip, our guides and drivers will utilize buffer time or adapt the route in real-time to keep your journey safe and on track.
Force Majeure Travel Credit: In rare situations where travel becomes completely impossible due to natural disasters, severe blockages, or government shutdowns, your trip will be postponed, and 100% of your deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled trip within the 1-year validity period.
Extra Expenses: Any extra extended stays or personal expenses incurred beyond the designated itinerary and buffer plan due to prolonged natural blockages remain the client’s financial responsibility.
5. Client Responsibilities & Travel Insurance
Documents: Domestic travelers must carry valid CNICs. International tourists are responsible for obtaining valid entry visas, NOCs (where required), and passports with at least 6 months validity.
Health & Safety: High-altitude mountain travel requires basic physical fitness. Please inform our team of pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
Travel Insurance: Personal travel and medical insurance are not included in standard tour packages. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage prior to travel.
6. Liability & Conduct
We act as an intermediary for partner hotels, flight operators, and local vendors. We assume no liability for personal injury, lost luggage, flight cancellations, or accidents outside our operational control.
Guests must respect local cultural traditions and laws. We reserve the right to terminate services without credit or refund for illegal or disruptive behavior.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
