The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) call centre has notified passengers of the restrictions and recent travel status of Coronavirus in many countries, including Pakistan. According to a press release issued by the country’s national flag airline on Friday, the plane offered and allowed passengers to suspend applicable fines, including “no deposits,” “change booking fees” and “payment fees.”
A spokesman for the agency said: “All national stations and airports in Pakistan guarantee the full set of facilities provided by PIA offices and reservations for passengers.” Passengers who cannot travel provide transportation facilities by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, PIA Umrah passengers will return to Saudi Arabia based on the return flight schedule.
